Session Preparation

First-Session Intake Form

  • If you are a new client, you must fill out the first-session intake form. Click the button below.

  • Submit the form at least two hours ahead of your session so that Kalyn has time to read it. 

  • If you did not upload a recent photo during registration, please email or text a recent photo. It is ideal to send a picture taken the day of the session, or one to two days before. Email info.menlahealing@gmail.com

Follow-up Session Intake Form

  • If you are a returning client, you must fill out the follow-up session intake form for each follow-up session. If you have not had a session in the past three months you must fill out the First-Session Intake form again. Click the button below.

 

  • Submit the form at least two hours ahead of your session so that Kalyn has time to read it.

Individual Session

During your session, it is best to be in a position that feels the most comfortable to you. Please refrain from too much activity during the session. You may move around during the session if that feels best to you. Let Kalyn know if you experience any physical or emotional discomfort during the session.

It is ideal if you can give yourself a small window of time to take it easy immediately following a session. It is recommended to drink a little extra water on the day of a session.

Group & Class Sessions

Before the group or class, it is beneficial to write down the challenges you would like to have cleared and your desired outcomes. Examples of desired outcomes: "My nervous system is calm." "My body is full of healthy cells and stable energy levels." "I forgive myself for financial mistakes and I make healthy spending choices now." "All aspects of my subconscious are mature and I respond to others in a healthy way."
