Office Policies for Text and Phone Call Sessions

 

  • 24-hour advanced notice for cancellation is required. You will be charged the full session fee without 24-hour advanced notice. If you have paid in advance and cancel within the 24-hour window, you will receive a full refund. ​

  • If you are currently receiving medical or mental health care from your doctor or therapist, sessions with Kalyn Cai Bennett should not be used as a replacement for that care, but only as adjunctive support.

 

  • All session write-up information sent to Kalyn is kept strictly confidential. Once you have completed your work with Kalyn, your information is deleted. Client information is not kept on file. If you resume work with Kalyn in the future, you will need to complete the first-appointment questionnaire again.

 

  • There is no guarantee of success; results vary from no change to experiencing your desired outcome. Refunds are not given if full desired out come is not achieved. 

 

Payment Information

 

All Text, Group and Class sessions require payment at the time of registration. Phone call sessions can be paid for at the time of registration or by the start of the appointment time. If you did not pay for a Phone call session in advance, you will receive a PayPal invoice, which must be paid by or before the start of your appointment time. Otherwise, your session will be cancelled. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay; you may use a credit or debit card.
